Yoga is the union of body, mind and spirit. I believe strongly in the correlation between healthy minds and working bodies. When we think positively, we do positive things. Changing the way we think will change the way we act. With regular yoga practice you can learn how to let go of daily stress from your body and mind, how to decompress and how to cope with daily situations and stressors in an easier way.
Yamile has been a Certified Fitness Instructor for the past 13 years. She is certified to teach Body Combat, Body Flow, Pilates, Zumba, Barre and Yoga. She is a high energy and enthusiastic instructor whose passion is teaching students about the fitness disciplines she studies and practices on a daily basis. She was one of the Master Trainers for Soul Body Barre in August 2018 at the International Expo of Canfitpro in Toronto, Canada. Yamile continues to take yearly courses to update and refresh her skills.
Yamile is a current member of Canfitpro and a member of Fitness Pro Travel in Kentucky, USA, since 2006. She is also First Aid and CPR certified.
