Molly started her journey in the health realm at Marquette University where she studied Athletic Training. Upon graduation, she became a Board Certified Athletic Trainer and accepted a position managing hundreds of student-athletes at Homestead High School in Mequon, Wisconsin as their Head Athletic Trainer. Her education continued as she accepted a position as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Oregon and became a Duck! Between the studying, covering Division One sports and spending as much time outside as she could, she realized that her true passion lied more in the wellness realm than it did with athletic training. Teaching and motivating people to live their healthiest and most vibrant lives is really when Molly felt most like herself. After graduating with her Master’s in Human Physiology, she moved back to the Chicago suburbs to be closer to family (although she misses the mountains, Douglas Firs and not so cold winters like CRAZY.) In her free time, she became a Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She loves cooking and blogging about recipes and healthy lifestyles! Most recently she passed her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist exam to spread even more knowledge about how to live your healthiest life through movement.
Molly’s unique background and experience help her create an incredibly well-rounded approach to her workouts and individualized programs. Because of her background working in Orthopedics as an Athletic Trainer, she is especially fit for clients who have previous or current injuries but still want to stay fit AND have fun! Her approach is to not only modify exercise programs but work towards reducing those aches and pains over time creating pain-free functional movement. If you are injury free, she will certainly help you stay that way! Her goal is to create fun and safe workouts and to help you reach your goals to be the most vibrant version of yourself!
