Molly became fascinated with therapeutic bodywork and rehabilitation at the age of 14 when she dislocated her knee while dancing. The injury introduced her to physical therapy, holistic self-care, and lifelong maintenance; all of which allowed her to continue her pre-professional training in classical ballet.
In 2014, she left the dance world to pursue massage therapy and personal training. She approaches massage sessions with a holistic mindset and loves to combine stretching and corrective exercise when warranted. Her personal training sessions are always led with injury prevention and rehabilitation in mind.
She continues to pursue her love of movement through creative workout and stretching sequences matched with fun playlists.
