Megan Duero

    Megan walked into her first yoga class when she was a freshman in high school. After hopping in and out of them for years, she began a consistent practice in 2015 when she discovered the space it gave her to work through – and with – her busy mind. As a teacher, she hopes to help her students find that same space, whether it’s in their minds, their bodies, or just their days. Megan teaches a variety of styles, though her personal favorite to practice is power vinyasa, and always works to make class fun and accessible for all of her students.
