Dakota is a certified Yoga teacher, having received her RYT-200 at Yoga Mandali in Saratoga Springs, NY and her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health and Exercise Sciences from Skidmore College. She is passionate about sharing Yoga’s grounding, balancing, and uplifting benefits while cultivating healthy lifestyle habits for greater personal excellence.
Guiding students to reach deep into both their physical and spiritual practice, Dakota will offer a holistic approach. Her intentional, mindful, and anatomically aware instruction supports opening of the body and heart. She provides all skill levels with the space to feel and be present, ensuring students walk away strong and rejuvenated with greater self-compassion.
A life enthusiast, Dakota strives to create a positive and supportive environment. While not on the mat, you can find her enjoying a cup of coffee with a book, playing recreational volleyball at North Avenue beach, or tracking down her favorite artists in concert.
