Andrea Coulis

    After spending nearly a decade in the finance and consulting world, Andrea has seen firsthand just how
    difficult it can be for colleagues – and sometimes even herself – to muster the energy and motivation to
    exercise… However, she has also seen how much even a small addition of physical activity can
    contribute toward a healthy disposition and success both inside and outside of the gym. She originally
    studied the American Council on Exercise’s Personal Trainer curriculum to devise a research-based
    scheme for herself to achieve her fitness goals as efficiently as possible given her professional
    demands, but ended up moving on to officially earn her certification so that she could have the
    opportunity to share her successful approach with others in similar situations.
    Andrea has made it her goal to crush the all-too-common excuse “I don’t have time to exercise” by
    bringing integrated, customized, high intensity workouts to those who need them most. With careful
    planning and science-backed methodologies, she is able to streamline her fitness strategies to help her
    busy clients bring out the best version of themselves in the most efficient ways possible while still
    having fun. What motivates her most is when clients’ attitudes positively evolve as they continue to
    succeed, and she says there’s nothing better than seeing clients’ confidence build along with their
    muscles!
    Andrea graduated with a BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, holds
    an MBA from the University of Oxford, and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She is a published
    author, boxing enthusiast, and former collegiate gymnast, and is currently training for her first
