Heather studied Health & Human Physiology at The University of Iowa and holds a Masters in Public Health from DePaul University. She is passionate about helping her clients optimize their health and wellness through functional movement, mobility and sustainable health behavior strategies. Additionally, Heather's specialty certifications as a Health Education Specialist, Precision Nutrition Coach and a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher assist her in helping her clients achieve their goals.
Julie became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2018 after Graduating for the National Personal Training Institute of Chicago. As a CPT, Julie specialized her training with certifications in functional strength (DVRT), and indoor cycling. Her goal is to help everyone find a routine that fits his or her unique needs. Julie is passionate about serving her community, committed to consistently broadening her scope, and energized by teaching people how to move and feel their best.
