Personal Training Gym
After your complimentary session you will receive an email from our client relations manager with information on pricing, packaging, and your buildings discount code.
Your trainer will meet you in your building’s gym.
If your building has a massage room, your massage therapist will meet you there. If you do not have a massage room in your building your massage therapist will meet you in your unit.

You can pay for your massage anytime before your appointment. Click on the link below to pay for your massage.

60 Minute Massage 90 Minute Massage
You can only sign up for LulaFit classes in your building. Please do not sign up for classes in buildings other than your own.

If you are doing a personal training, semi-private, group training session or any circuit training, HIIT, bootcamp etc. style class you can wear comfortable workout clothes and gym shoes. You may also want to bring a water bottle, hair tie and sweat towel.

If you are doing a yoga or pilates class you may need to bring your own mat unless your building supplies them for you. You will not need gym shoes and should wear something comfortable that you can work out in.

If you are doing a massage or beauty service it is recommended that you come without makeup on. Your service provider will bring all other necessary products and supplies.

If you are taking a LulAquatics class it is recommended to wear a supportive swimming suit that you can exercise in. You may also want to bring a towel if your building does not supply them.

Massage & Beauty:
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before 24 hours you will receive a full refund. If you need to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the massage and the remaining amount will stay as a credit on your account.
Personal Training, Nutrition Counseling, and Wellness Coaching:
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy if you cancel your appointment before 24 hours your session will stay on your account. If you cancel after the 24 hour appointment you will lose the session from your account.
Private Chef:
We have a 3 day cancellation policy for our Private Chef Services. If you cancel 4 or more days before your appointment you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 3 days or less before your appointment you will be charged a $100 fee.
We do both! We prefer to get involved in the process as early as possible and consult with you on the design and development process to make sure the space is perfectly thought out and will seamlessly be integrated with our programming. That said, we also take plenty of spaces over once they are built, and will design optimal programming around a previously built space as well.

We work with Class A commercial office and multi-family developments.

Depending on the building type, size, population, and amenity spaces available, our services vary quite a bit. Typically, the main services we offer are: fitness center management, fitness center design & development consulting, group fitness classes, wellness events, wellness amenity management, individual services (i.e., personal training, nutritional counseling, private chef, massage therapy), and educational experiences.
