JJ grew up playing almost every sport and training in the gym in order to improve his performance. After high school, his focus shifted from sports to strength and conditioning training. He realized that there was a fundamental lack of scientifically based knowledge in this industry, so he decided to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and obtain a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, in order to gain a complete understanding of the anatomical and physiological workings of the human body. His goal is to combine this knowledge with up-to-date research on the efficacy of exercises and training programs to provide clients with the best possible advice.
