What motivated you to become a trainer?
As a yoga student for the past 4 years, I’ve always loved the physical benefits that I achieved through yoga. However, I also deeply appreciate yoga’s ability to teach its students stress-relief and mindfulness, and I wanted to share all of those benefits with others!
How would you describe your training personality?
My training personality is supportive and positive! I’m here to help you attain and maintain a healthy lifestyle in the best way that works for you!
What advice do you have for people that are just getting into fitness?
Success will manifest differently in each person’s body! Give yourself time, celebrate each victory, and try to avoid comparing your success to others.
What’s your favorite workout and why?
Squats! Because you’ve gotta always be summer ready (I’m from Southern California).
What do you like to do for fun?
I love playing and watching basketball (Go Lakers!) and exploring the Chicago food scene!
