Sara started her fitness career in 2008 in London. She initially worked for small health clubs specialising in female group training. Sara then moved to a top end studio training people one-on-one. She loved working with clients who wanted to progress and better themselves! Sara moved to Chicago earlier this year after her husband got a job opportunity.
She loves training people, seeing progressions, and helping clients ‘find their thing’!
Sara doesn’t profess to being any kind of athlete, but she does like a challenge and to make herself the best she can be. Her favorite training session is lifting weights, but she also likes Pilates, running , and trying a new class every now and again!
Sara received a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from the the University of Essex. She is a certified personal trainer and is also certified in Power Plates and Pilates.
